    • Use iron and carbon steel to make valves and repair waste valves.
    •  Mark the valve products of small local factories with the registered trademarks of big brand manufacturers, so as to confuse the real ones with the fake ones.
    • Fake users, distributors, and agents of famous manufacturers, and sell them as dog meat.
    • Make steel seals, and turn common-level valves into D-level valves to make huge profits.

No consumer wants to pay a premium price for a low-quality valve. Let me tell you how to identify refurbished valves.

    •  Look at the color. The color of refurbished valves is very different from that of genuine products. Most of these low-priced materials are whitish in appearance, which is obviously different from the greenish color of valve steel.
    • Look at the steel seal. The genuine valve steel seal is embossed before the valve has been heat-treated. Professional steel stamping technology is used, so the font is clear. The font of the refurbished valve is uneven and blurred.
    •  Look at the oil stains. In order to achieve the purpose of anti-rust, fake refurbished valves will add thick oil stains on the surface of the valve, which will reduce the smoothness of the valve body itself.
    •  Greater than or equal to DN80, the profit of counterfeiting valves with too small specifications is small. So be careful when buying valves above DN80.
    •  Look at the gate, the gate of the refurbished valve generally has traces of polishing and corrosion.
    • Remove the nut on the upper end of the valve stem and the identification plate, and check the material of the lock nut inside. The genuine product is made of brass, otherwise it is a counterfeit product.
