Q41F Cast Steel Flanged Ball Valve
The Q41F cast steel flanged ball valve features a floating ball design, where the ball shifts under medium pressure to press tightly against the sealing surface, ensuring reliable sealing at the outlet. With a simple structure and excellent sealing performance, this valve is widely used for cutting off, distributing, or changing the flow direction of media in pipelines. Compared with other valves, it offers minimal flow resistance, as the bore of the ball, valve body, and pipeline are aligned to form a straight passage, allowing nearly lossless flow. The seat is available in both soft and hard sealing options. Additionally, the flanged ball valve can be designed with an ISO mounting pad, enabling easy and direct actuator installation without the need for brackets or couplings.
