Description
DKV ZYA-9000 Water Hammer Absorber
The DKV ZYA-9000 water hammer absorber features an internal sealed air chamber and a piston structure at the lower end. When a shock wave enters the system, the water hammer force acts on the piston, pushing it toward the air chamber. The piston then moves up and down under the combined action of compressed air pressure and irregular water hammer waves, forming a dynamic balance that effectively eliminates oscillations caused by water hammer.
The compressed air in the upper chamber absorbs and cushions the sudden impact, significantly reducing pressure surges and protecting pipelines, valves, and other equipment from damage. With reliable performance and efficient shock absorption, the DKV ZYA-9000 ensures stable and safe operation of the entire water system.
